We’re very excited to welcome Janine Stone Photography to the Munchkin Fun family! Janine is a Miami native and mom of three boys (Jacob, 13, Maxwell, 10 and Samson, 4). She’s been snapping photos for over a decade and we love her images for their vibrant colors and sense of authenticity. Janine captures families in their essence – no formal staging or pretense. You could describe my style as clean and natural. I would like to think that my images are timeless, as I do not utilize a ton of props or promote themes. I love to capture families just being family and their own unique dynamic.
#1 rule, if mom looks good, everyone looks good! #2, getting dad to trust that this will be quick and painless. #3, getting the kids to have fun with me. When all three of these things come together, magic happens!
It’s overdone and super saturated with photographers, but I still love the ever changing walls of the Wynwood Arts District.
Years ago I used to do “spring portraits” with real bunnies and chicks. So just imagine me, pregnant with Max, chasing bunnies, which are really fast, around the Prado Entrance to Coral Gables while trying to corral my child subjects…it was quite hysterical!
