Come join us every second Saturday for Nature Days at the Environmental Center. Each month has a different theme, hosted by one of our resident naturalists, with activities, demonstrations, and talks. This is a perfect way to spend some time outdoors with your family.
The Environmental Center at Miami Dade College is a nature preserve right in the heart of Kendall. We are home to a 3 acre lake, butterfly gardens, an organic garden, pine rockland and hammock habitats, and over 300 species in our living plant collection.
